Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different sections of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
